Yes👍 real leather. 
there is one imperfection though, hence the prize. 
Normally i would say as good as new because there are no signs of wear but some kind of sticker left a stain on the upper leg shown in the photo. I darkened the spots to show it ; for me its no big deal, but it is there so considered on the prize.
